~ AMENDMENT NO.4 TO LANDSCAPING CONTRACT BY AND BETWEEN CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND VILA & SON LANDSCAPING CORP. DATED MAY 29, 2002 (BASE CONTRACT) FOR ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING & IMPROVEMENTS FOR SUNNY ISLES BEACH OCEANFRONT PARK WHEREAS, the Vila & Son Landscaping Corp. was hired by the City to perform landscaping and improvements under the referenced contract for landscaping and irrigation of Collins A venue and other sites within the City as approved by Resolution No. 2002-442; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Paragraph 2 - Additional Services, of the Base Contract, the City requests landscaping services for Sunny Isles Beach Oceanfront Park, for which the City has received a Proposal dated July 24,2003, in the amount of$67,948.90; and WHEREAS, the City, being satisfied with the performance and quality of workmanship of Vila & Son, wishes to contract with Vila & Son Landscaping Corp., to perform this additional work via this Amendment No.4 to Vila's landscaping contract referenced above; NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Vila and Sons proposal, dated July 24, 2003, and attached hereto as Exhibit "A," in the amount of $67,948.90, the City hereby amends Vila & Son Landscaping contract as follows: 1. . Additional landscaping and irrigation service to be performed at the Sunny Isles Beach Oceanfront Park, as more particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A." Payments to be made upon completion 2. The total price for this project only is Sixty Seven Thousand, Nine Hundred Forty Eight and 901100 Dollars (67,948.90). 3. All other terms and conditions ofthe Base Contract remain the same.
