<br />ADDENDUM TO STROYNE BROS. SOUTH. INC. AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS ADDENDUM, EXECUTED THIS ':2. , S}- DAY OF vY\ 4-Y , 2004, <br />shall be an integral part of the service agreement. In the event that any terms or conditions contained <br />herein conflict with the basic agreement, the terms and conditions of this addendum shall prevail. <br /> <br />1. EXTENSION OF CONTRACT. The parties have agreed to extend the contract upon its <br />expiration. <br /> <br />2. TERM. The agreement shall be extended for one year, provided, however, the City does not elect <br />to terminate the agreement pursuant to Section lOin the main agreement.
