<br />ADDENDUM, TO BRIGHT MAINTENANCE. INC. AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS ADDENDUM, EXECUTED THIS lc,.~ DAY OF ~, 2004, <br />shall be an integral part of the service agreement. In the event that any terms or conditions contained <br />herein conflict with the basic agreement, the terms and conditions of this addendum shall prevail. <br /> <br />1. EXTENSION OF CONTRACT. The parties have agreed to extend the original contract which <br />will expire on April 30, 2004. <br /> <br />2. TERM.
