<br />.. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section I. Authorization to Pay Certain Costs. The City Manager is authorized to pay <br />fees submitted by Rahenkamp Design Group, Inc. in the amount of $1736.74, JMD <br />Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $1531.25, Everman and Everman, Inc. in the amount <br />of $527.90; and Civil Process Plus, Inc. in the amount of $170.00 payable to Akerman, <br />Senterfitt, Trust Account. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization to Place Certain Amount of Funds in Escrow or in the <br />Registry of the Court. The City Manager is authorized, if the City Attorney deems it <br />necessary, to place $154, 452.00 in an escrow account or in the registry of the Circuit <br />Court from which attorney's and appraiser's fees may be paid either upon agreement of <br />the parties involved in the eminent domain proceedings or by order of the Court. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
