Because of your support, we have been able to secure the support
of the City of A ventura, the Town of Bal Harbour, and have requests pending before the
municipalities of Bay Harbor Islands, North Miami, Hallandale, & Miami-Dade County.

During our meeting last Friday we discussed increasing the participation of Sunny isles
residents through:

1. Supplying monthly newsletters directly to the City for distribution
to Condominiums directly by the City (as opposed to bulk mail).
2. Meeting with Susan Simpson (and/or any of the City
Commissioners), to identifY specific ways of making residents
aware of the events.
You indicated that you already have made these events known on your
community TV channel.

We want to thank you and the City Commission for their continued support of the
program,

Sincerely,

RJ ''rY;/''''U

Raul Moncarz
Vice-Provost

~

tanley G.
