<br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance..2002.,163y--the.City-Manager:ofSunny-'-'.-..
<br />Isles Beach does hereby find that:
<br />
<br />Due to the passing of Hurricane Jeanne and the rescinding of the Evacuation Order
<br />by the County Mayor on Sunday, September 26th, 2004, the- City of Sunny Isles Beach is
<br />no longer facing dangerous conditions of sufficient severity and magnitude to warrant
<br />coordinated local government action to prevent or alleviate the damage, loss, hardship or
<br />suffering threatened or caused thereby;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the State of Local
<br />Emergency declared by the City Manager on Saturday, September 25th, 2004 is
<br />terminated as of Sunday, September 26th, 2004.
