<br />RELOCATION PROPOSAL <br />FOR <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br /> <br />Packing Services and Work Stations Relocation <br />On January 20th at 4:00 p.m. a 9 man packing crew will arrive at this location to <br />begin packing all computer components and related equipment. The crew will <br />work under the direct supervision of the City of Sunny Isles Beach personnel. <br />After applying all necessary building protection down all main traffic avenues the <br />crew will separate into two-person pack teams to pack all designated desk top pes, <br />UPS units, desk-top & network printers and all related equipment. These crews <br />will utilize quilt pads and speed packs (speed packs are 15 cubic foot, 500 Ib test, <br />tri-wall constructed conugate containers that are placed onto 4-wheel dollies) to <br />properly pack each component for each workstation and equipment from common <br />areas. At this time a 2 man crew will start to take down 4 work stations and will <br />have it ready for transportation, (which will be moved over with your server <br />move.) This crew will install the workstations according to floor plan and the City <br />of Sunny Isle Beach's specifications. <br /> <br />Move Plan for Server Room: <br />On January 20th at 4:00 p.m. 3 High Value Products crewmembers will arrive to <br />relocate the Servers and related equipment. This crew will work to pack all <br />designated items using a variety of packing materials and equipment designed to <br />reduce undo stress on fragile or sensitive items. These crews will utilize anti-static <br />bubble wrap, quilt pads, tri-pod dollies and speed packs (speed packs are 15 cubic <br />foot, 500 Ib test, tri-wall constructed conugate containers that are placed onto 4- <br />wheel dollies) to properly pack each component and related equipment. The crew <br />will work to clear all items from the building and secure onto BeItmann's vehicle. <br />The vehicle will be equipped with Hydraulic lift-gates and air-ride suspension <br />systems to ensure these sensitive items are moved as carefully as possible. The <br />manpower assigned to this portion of the move are experienced in relocating all <br />manner of high value products such as PC's, printers, servers/server racks, copiers, <br />telephone switching equipment, etc. The City of Sunny Isles Beach will have the <br />most qualified relocation crew possible for this delicate process. The crew will <br />work under the supervision of the IT personnel of City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />SIB <br />
