Contractor shall not use the name or official seal of the City in any promotional material <br />without the prior written consent of the City. <br /> <br />e. Except as expressly provided for in this Agreement, Contractor is not authorized to act as <br />the City's Agent hereunder and shall have no authority, expressed or implied, to act for or bind <br />the City hereunder, either in Contractor's relations with sub-Contractors, or in any other manner <br />whatsoever. <br /> <br />23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement and Attachment "A," (All bid documents <br />including proposal submitted by bidder) which is expressly incorporated herein by reference, <br />shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, <br />and it shall supersede all previous and contemporaneous oral and written negotiations, <br />commitments, agreements and understanding relating hereto. This Agreement may be executed <br />in multiple identical counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original for all purposes. <br /> <br />24. AMENDMENT. Any modification of this Agreement shall be effective only if in <br />writing and signed by the parties to this Agreement.
