<br />5.2 Bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check <br />made payable to the City of Sunny Isles Beach in the <br />amount of five (5) percent of the bid shall be included <br />with the bid documents. <br /> <br />5.3 The successful bidder shall supply a Performance bond <br />for 110% of the Contract Price for year one of the <br />contract made payable to the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach within five days of notification of award of <br />contract which shall stay in effect for the duration of the <br />Contract. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />STATEMENT OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />General <br /> <br />The City Hall is located at 18070 Collins Avenue. The total <br />area for these facilities is 53,373 S.F. Complete Janitorial <br />services by experienced and reliable personnel will be required <br />Monday thru Saturday, after 6:00PM except Saturday when an <br />earlier start time is permissible. <br /> <br />Included in the 53,373 S.F. above, is the Post Office (1,200 <br />S.F.) and the Library (7,500 S.F.).
