Watts, Director/ l„`a' <br /> Public Works Deparnnen� /`j <br /> Date: January 13, 2005 <br /> Re: Approval to Award Janitorial Service Contract <br /> For New Government Center <br /> i <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> It is recommended that the City Commission approve a three year janitorial service contract award <br /> to Cleaning Systems, Inc., (CSI) 10330 N.W. 55 Street, Sunrise, FL 33351.with a quote of <br /> $216,120.00. <br /> REASONS <br /> CSI was one of six companies that submitted a formal bid which closed December 17, 2004. After <br /> committee review CSI was the lowest most responsible bid. <br /> ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br /> This contract will require cleaning services six days each week rather than the usual five.Also, a <br /> portion of their bid includes the cleaning of all exterior windows four tunes per year. <br />
