The City is piggy-backing off from a State contract in <br /> order to take advantage of the discount on the furniture, which averages about 55% of the cost of <br /> the furniture. This furniture was not purchased under the previous approved contract. After all the <br /> officials and departments settled in to their location, additional furniture was identified and needed <br /> at different locations. <br />
