<br />181ST DRIVE ACTIVE PARK <br /> <br />APRIL 10, 2005 <br /> <br />SECTION 00020 <br /> <br />NOTICE TO BIDDERS <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH is seeking sealed bids for the following work as specified. <br /> <br />181 sl Drive Active Park <br />ML Project No. 114122 <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Bid No. 05-04-01 <br /> <br />Sealed bids for the construction of the 181 SI Drive Active Park, at 18115 North Bay <br />Road, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160, consisting of a two (2) acre site to be <br />developed as a public recreation facility will be received by the Owner, City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach. Work generally will consist of a baseball field with lighting, <br />perimeter on-street parking, a new recreation center, a new gymnasium, landscape, <br />infrastructure, and miscellaneous site amenities. <br /> <br />Bids shall be on a unit price basis; segregated bids will not be accepted. Sealed <br />bids will be received by the Office of the City Clerk until 2:00 P.M., on Tuesday, <br />May 31, 2005 at the City of Sunny Isles Beach Governmental Center located at <br />18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160. Bids received after this <br />time will be returned unopened. Bids submitted will be opened publicly and read <br />aloud at this time. <br /> <br />Bidders are to register in person at the Office of the City Clerk to receive <br />authorization to obtain the complete set of Bidding Documents.
