Hinesc, A <br /> City Clerk <br /> Date: July 14, 2005 <br /> Re: Resolution Revising City Commission Meeting 2005 Schedule for FY 2005/06 <br /> Budget Hearings <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached Resolution amending the <br /> schedule of City Commission meetings for the remainder of the year 2005, by adding Special <br /> City Commission meetings tentatively on Thursday, September 8, 2005, at 6:30 p.m., and <br /> Thursday, September 22, 2005, at 6:00 p.m., for Fiscal Year 2005/06 budget hearings. <br /> REASONS: <br /> These meetings are for the purpose of establishing a Millage rate and consideration of adoption <br /> of a proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2005/2006, and need to be scheduled around the Miami- <br /> Dade County Commission and Miami-Dade County School Board meeting schedules.
