Final Civil Engineering Services <br /> <br />Prepare construction drawings and specifications including paving, grading and <br />drainage plans in accordance with all applicable codes. Secure all necessary <br />approvals for construction of project with Miami-Dade Public Works, FDOT, <br />Miami-Dade County Environmental Resource Management District, Miami-, <br />Dade County Water and Sewer Department and the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Perform all work incidentals to design of layout. Provide engineering drawings <br />at time of technical compliance. During bidding phases, any Requests for <br />Information (RFI' s) shall be responded to, bids shall be opened, tabulated and <br />recommendations shall be made. <br /> <br />III. Electrical Engineering Services <br /> <br />A. Photometric evaluation associated with the lighting improvements along NE <br />Innd Street originating at Collins Avenue and extending to Sunny Isles <br />Boulevard. The evaluation will be based on the installation of the Holophane <br />"Tear Drop" type fixture mounted at approximately 22.5 feet above grade on <br />both sides of the roadway. The design is based upon a staggered configuration. <br />Photometric evaluation shall be in accordance with the local ordinances and <br />IES recommendations. <br />"8. Shop Drawing review and approval. <br />B. As-built Drawing review and approval. <br />C. Final Certification and Closeout. <br />D. Pay Request review and approval. <br />E. Attend the pre-bid and monthly meetings. <br /> <br />2. BASIS OF COMPENSATION: <br /> <br />Hourly rates with an estimated fee of$149,090.00 plus reimbursables at $7,454.50 with a total <br />not to exceed amount of$156,544.50.
