<br />Acknowledgements <br /> <br />The 2005 Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) of the Comprehensive Plan for the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach is the first step in updating the comprehensive plan since the <br />time of adoption in October 2000. This document has been formulated in accordance <br />with the State's Local Government Comprehensive Planning and land Development <br />Regulation Act, Chapter 163 of the Florida Statutes.
