As such, the <br /> park is the City's responsibility. Staff has surveyed the park and found that the existing lighting <br /> is inadequate to operate the park after sunset and that there are areas of the park that are not <br /> fenced. Improvement of both of these deficiencies is necessary for the safety and well-being of <br /> park patrons. <br /> ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br /> It is anticipated that the individual contracts for purchase and installation of lighting and fencing <br /> will be over Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).
