<br /> <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />ADDENDUM TO P ARKS/MEDIANSIRIGHTS-OF - WAY <br />LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />WITH LUKE'S LANDSCAPING, INC. <br /> <br />THIS ADDENDUM, EXECUTED THIS \~ DAY OF :::IUA€.- , <br />2006, shall be an integral part of the Parks/Medians/Rights-of- Way Landscape Maintenance <br />Services Agreement, between the City of Sunny Isles Beach and Luke's Landscaping Inc., dated <br />November 13, 200 I. In the event that any terms or conditions contained herein conflict with the <br />basic agreement, the terms and conditions of this addendum shall prevail. <br /> <br />Paragraph 2a of the Parks/Medians/Rights-of- Way Landscape Maintenance Services Agreement <br />shall be amended to include the following additional services, as described more particularly in <br />Exhibits A-I and A-2, respectfully: <br /> <br /> Qty Cost Total <br />1) Furnish and Install additional Annuals for the <br /> Summer Planting 2006 <br /> . Seasonal Annuals (4.5" pots) 28,800 1.45 $41,760.00 <br /> .
