The Convention Bureau is willing to assign an employee to
City and promote the City as a tourist destination and, in return, the City will provide the Convention
Bureau's employee with an office space and some office supplies, including an office telephone and a
computer.

The Convention Bureau is an internationally recognized entity with links to various marketing groups and
sites that can amplify the City's identity as a preferred tourist destination to potential tourists, business
persons and international travelers. As you all know, our City has become a haven for local tourists and
international travelers. Thus, this is a great opportunity for the City to maximize its exposure to local
vacationers and the world, as well as having a branch office of Convention Bureau at City Hall. To that
end, I am in favor of this partnership.

Partnership - Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau
