PRE-ACQUIRED PARCELS <br /> The entire project site or a portion of the site has been pre-acquired by the applicant through a voluntarily - <br /> negotiated transaction within 24 months prior to the application deadline, If so, provide the owner's <br /> name(s), parcel tax identification number(s), and the closing date(s) of each pre-acquired parcel, <br /> Owner's Name Parcel Tax 10 Number Date of Closing <br />The use of condemnation or the threat of condemnation Is not considered a voluntarily-negotiated transaction <br />and parcels acquired under these conditions do not qualify for acquisition or reimbursement under this program. <br />8. REIMBURSEMENT ACQUISITION - Parcels to Be Acquired (Applicant conducts the entire acquisition and <br /> is reimbursed by FCT after the acquisition is completed) <br /> The entire project site or the remaining un-acquired parcel(s) in the site will be acquired by the applicant <br /> through a voluntariiy-negotiated transaction, If so, provide the owner's name(s), parcel tax identification <br /> number(s), and the anticipated closing date(s) of each parcel. <br /> Owner's Name Parcel Tax 10 Number Date of Closing <br />For project sites with more than one parcel to be acquired, the applicant must complete the Acquisition Plan on <br />page 5, <br />The use of condemnation or the threat of condemnation is not considered a voluntarily-negotiated transaction <br />and parcels acquired under these conditions do not qualify for acquisition or reimbursement under this program. <br />9. JOINT ACQUISITION - Parcels to Be Acquired (The entire project site or remaining unacquired parcel(s) will <br /> be a joint acquisition with both FCT and the applicant participating in the acquisition process) <br /> Number of separate parcels to be acquired within the project site <br /> Number of separate ownerships to be acquired within the project site <br /> Note: For a project site that consists of six or more ownerships to be acquired, the applicant will be required <br /> to act as the lead party responsible for the acquisition activities, as described in Rule 9K-7. 003(6), F.A.
