It contained a <br />resolution, the standard city contract, and exhibits provided by the vendor. Upon Commission <br />approval, the contract was transmitted to the vendor for execution. At that time the vendor <br />advised that they would only sign their contract (the exhibits) and not the City's contract. The <br />City Attorney agreed to this, but requested the vendor make several minor changes to their <br />contract.
