The Practice Group provides comprehensive and effective <br />representation in applying and interpreting land use regulations at local, state <br />and federal government levels. We assist clients in clarifying regulatory and <br />zoning laws, as those laws apply to the acquisition, development, sale or <br />litigation of real property matters. <br /> <br />The members of our Practice Group handle complex land use issues, <br />including: <br /> <br />.
