<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007---J...l22 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING <br />DEED FROM MIAMI-DADE COUNTY FOR THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 350 SUNNY ISLES BLVD ALSO <br />KNOWN AS PUMP STATION 301 FOR USE AS PUBLIC <br />RIGHT-OF WAY; PROVIDING THE CITY MANAGER AND <br />THE CITY ATTORNEY WITH THE AUTHORITY TO DO <br />ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS <br />RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (MOW AS D) owns and <br />operates a sewer pump station at 350 Sunny Isles Beach Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the wish of this Commission to acquire this land for the purpose of <br />, providing a public right of way to enhance development within the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Commissioners has agreed to convey all rights, title, and <br />interest it has in a portion of the property known as 350 Sunny Isles Beach Boulevard, also <br />known as Pump Station 301. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section I. Acceptance of Right-of-Wav Deed. The City Commission hereby accepts the <br />deed from Miami-Dade County for the property located at 350 Sunny Isles Beach Boulevard, also <br />known as Pump Station 301 for use as a public right-of-way. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authoritv of the Citv Manager and Citv Attornev. The City Manager and the City <br />Attorney are hereby authorized to accept the deed to county owned property and to do all things <br />necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
