VId <br />N <br />N <br />u <br />Ht` <br />SECTION 00900 <br />Addendum No. 4 (April 30, 2007) <br />to <br />Contract documents <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />STATE ROAD 826 / SUNNY ISLES BOULEVARD PROJECT <br />CGA PROJECT NO. 03- 4122.D <br />CITY BID NO. 07 -03 -02 <br />To All Bidders: <br />Bidders for the above - referenced project shall take note of the following changes, <br />additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in <br />accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence <br />over anything shown or described otherwise. <br />IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: <br />1. In Document 00020, change the bid opening date to Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at 4:OOPM. <br />This is to change the date for receiving and opening of bids. Sealed bids will be received <br />by the City Clerk on the fourth floor, no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 and <br />after that time bids will be opened and read aloud in the first floor meeting room. <br />2. Section 00300 pages 00300 -2, 00300 -3, 00300 -4 are to be replaced in its entirety. <br />Changes were made to the 0400 Lighting section and 0600 Landscaping section. <br />All other documents, specifications, drawings, terms and conditions remain the same. <br />Bidders must acknowledge receipt of Addendum on Page 00300 -6. <br />END OF SECTION <br />March 2007 00900 -5 03- 4122.D ';r,j <br />
