Vera, Assistant City Manager/ Service Division x--- <br />Robert Solera, Community Development Director U <br /> <br />December 13, 2007 <br /> <br />Planning Consultants <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approved the attach resolution for professional <br />planning services. <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />The City is seeking to utilize the services of Bell David Planning Group, Calvin Giordano and <br />Associates and Luft Consulting to provide planning services on as needed basis for various projects <br />that may arise through out the year. The use of the three fums will allow the city the flexibility to <br />use a different fum on a particular project and not over load one fum with all planning projects that <br />the City may have in the future. <br /> <br />Funding for these services will come from a budget transfer from the Capital Improvement <br />Contingency, account # 20-600-5990.
