<br />Section I. Incorporation of Recitals. The recitals set forth hereinabove are hereby incorporated <br />herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. Approval of Option Agreement. The City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach, Florida hereby approves the Option Agreement, in substantially the same form as the <br />attached Exhibit "A", for the purchase of real property of approximately 20,550 square feet located <br />along the south side of NE 175th Terrace, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, for $1,900,000.00 with an <br />option deposit of $25,000.00 for a 90-day option, which deposit shall be applied to the purchase <br />price if the City proceeds to purchase the property. <br /> <br />Section 3. Authorization of Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Option <br />Agreement, in substantially the same form as the attached Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />Section 4. Authorization of the City Manager and City attorney. The City Manager and he City <br />Attorney are hereby authorized to do all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
