C0708-046 <br /> <br />o~ ~\JN <br /> <br />THIS FIRST ADDENDUM TO THE SPILLIS CANDELA & PARTNERS, INC. d/b/a <br />SPILLIS CANDELA DMJM AGREEMENT, executed this ~I $I'" day of February, 2008, is hereby <br />attached to and is made a part of said Spillis Candela & Partncrs, Inc. d/b/a Spillis Candela DM.lM <br />Contract No. C0708-026 by and between the City of Sunny Isles Beach ("City") and Spillis Candcla & <br />Partners, Inc. d/b/a Spillis Candcla DMJM ("Consultant") a business corporation licensed in the State of <br />Florida, whose Federal Identification # is , The City and Consultant hereby agree as <br />follows: <br />1. ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF WORK: The City wishes to add addition services for the Heritage <br />Park and Parking Garage, including boundary and topographic design survey and underground utility <br />designations, as more fully described in Attachment "A". <br /> <br />2. COST: The Consultant agrees to charge a total amount not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars <br />($15,000.00) for said services. <br /> <br />3. TERM: The services to be rendered by the Consultant shall commence upon execution of this <br />First Addendum and shall be completed within the time specified in Attachment "A", <br /> <br />4.
