SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Section 1 - Enqineerinq Services <br /> <br />Not a part of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 2 - Planninq Services <br /> <br />Not a part of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3 - Survevinq Services <br /> <br />TASK 001 BOUNDARY & TOPOGRAPHIC DESIGN SURVEY <br />The CONSULTANT shall prepare a Boundary and Topographic Design Survey for <br />the 4 acre site of the future Sunny Isles Heritage Park / Parking Garage project site, <br />lying west of Collins Avenue between N.E. 192nd Avenue to Gallahad Dade <br />Boulevard (N,E.193rd Avenue). Topographic data shall be obtained throughout the <br />site on a 50-foot grid with obvious intermediate high and low areas obtained. The <br />Survey will include location of all visible improvements on site and within the right of <br />way of Gallahad Dade Boulevard (N,E.193rd Avenue) and to the centerlines of <br />Collins Avenue and N.E. 192nd Avenue. As-built measurements of all visible utility <br />structures will be obtained. The Boundary and Topographic Survey shall conform to <br />Minimum Technical Standards as set forth by the Florida Board of Professional <br />Surveyors and Mappers in Chapter 61 G17 -6 of the Florida Administrative Code, <br />pursuant to Section 472.027 Florida Statutes. <br /> <br />CONSULTANT'S Lump Sum Fee for this service shall be ...... ........ .$1 0,000,00 <br /> <br />TASK 002 UNDERGROUND UTILITY DESIGNATIONS <br />The CONSULTANT shall provide underground utility locations to be utilized for the <br />design of proposed garage entrance. The utility designation will be performed by <br />our sub-consultant F.R.
