Warranty Information: <br /> <br />WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD <br />Global Electric Motorcars, LLC (GEM) warrants from the date of delivery to the first consumer, that <br />each GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (NEV) sold as "NEW" and "UNUSED" and pre-delivered by <br />an authorized GEM dealer, will be free from any defect in material and/or workmanship for a period of <br /> <br />ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY <br />NINETY (90) DAYS, for rental use owners <br /> <br />All-Inclusive Coverage (MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY) - GEM will repair or replace, as its <br />option, all genuine GEM Parts found faulty in material and/or workmanship, under normal use, <br />maintenance and service, with genuine GEM parts without charge for parts and labor, at any <br />authorized GEM dealer during warranty coverage period. <br /> <br />All genuine GEM accessories are warranted with respect to parts and labor against defects in <br />materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase to original retail <br />purchaser. <br /> <br />Except as otherwise provided herein: <br />· 24 Hour Roadside Assistance - Please refer to specific benefit allowance below. <br />· Tire Coverage - Please refer to the specific tire coverage and benefit guidelines provided <br />below. <br />· Battery Coverage - Please refer to the specific battery coverage and benefit guidelines <br />provided below. <br /> <br />Road America's Auto Assist <br /> <br />24-Hour Roadside Assistance Services (Sign and Drive) Including: <br />· Towing Assistance - Within a 50 mile radius. When towing is necessary, the covered <br />vehicle will be towed to the issuing dealer or to any location requested by the covered <br />customer, whichever is closer. <br />· Flat Tire Assistance - Service consists of the replacement of a flat tire with the vehicle's <br />spare tire. Towing assistance will be provided, if needed (within a 50 mile radius). <br />· Collision Assistance - If a customer is involved in a collision in their vehicle, towing <br />assistance will be provided when needed to direct the vehicle to the issuing dealer or to any <br />location requested by the covered customer, whichever is closer. This towing benefit is <br />limited to a 50 mile radius. <br />· The toll free Roadside Assistance Number is 1-866-360-4216 <br /> <br />Benefit Limit: All roadside assistance services will be covered in full according to the terms and <br />conditions. <br />WHAT IS NOT COVERED <br /> <br />.
