Export Packing Charges: Export packing of products is available at additional cost. <br /> <br />17. Government Commercial Credit Cards - Government Commercial Credit Cards will be acceptable for <br />payment. The order must contain the credit card number, the cardholder name and phone number and <br />the expiration date. <br /> <br />18. Terms and conditions for Other Services. The GEM Warranty Complimentary Assistance Program <br />allows for Vehicle Transportation For Emergency Road Service when GEM Vehicle transportation service <br />is needed for an emergency in the field, due to mechanical or electrical failure. Transportation service will <br />be provided back to the residence or dealership, which ever is closest. (This does not include vehicles <br />that are not properly maintained or adequately charged). You many contact AM or other roadside <br />assistance, if you are a member or Contact your dealer or the dealer nearest you. GEM provides up to <br />$100 for these transportation services. <br /> <br />19. List of Participating Dealers and Service Points - for a list of the dealers nearest you, access our web <br />site www.qemcar.com and click on dealer locator or call GEM customer service at 866-764-0616. <br /> <br />20. Preventive Maintenance - The best way to transport your vehicle is in an enclosed trailer. If it is <br />necessary to haul your vehicle on an open trailer, follow these guidelines: <br />· Never haul your vehicle while the vehicle is facing rearward on the trailer. <br />· With the vehicle facing forward, pull the trailer at speeds of 55 MPH or less. <br />. Secure all items that could be affected by the wind. <br />· Do not secure across the tub of the vehicle. There are steel handles located on the front and at the rear <br />of the vehicle. Use these with tie downs in each corner of the trailer. <br />· Towing the vehicle is not recommended. This vehicle is not designed for towing, even using a dolly. <br /> <br />Any vehicle failures resulting from improper transporting may not be covered by warranty. GEM's vehicle <br />transportation is not a substitute for proper maintenance of your new vehicle.
