<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1355 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE FINAL REPLAT <br />FOR OCEANIC DEVELOPMENT, LLC, RELATING TO THE <br />FOLLOWING ADDRESSES: 18915, 18925, 18955, 18965, 18985, 19001, <br />19025, 19035 ATLANTIC BOULEVARD; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS <br />RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FORAN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 17, 2008, Oceanic Development, LLC, applied for a Subdivision Plat <br />in order to divide eight parcels into twenty (20) fee simple single-family townhouse units and <br />other improvements upon the Property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 15, 2007 the City Commission approved this project, Via <br />Resolution No. 07-Z-112; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Florida Power & Light (FPL) has by letter agreed to underground the <br />overhead facilities located on the rear of the property facing Collins Avenue at the owner's <br />expense to the front of the property located along Atlantic Boulevard, and FPL will need a ten- <br />foot easement in the front of the property where the underground facilities will be located, and <br />once the new easement is received, FPL will release the existing easement, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Miami-Dade County Plat Committee has approved the plat submitted by <br />Oceanic Development, LLC; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Oceanic Development, LLC, now presents to this Commission, in accordance <br />with Chapter 28 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, a final replat of certain lands lying in the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, said Subdivision Plat entitled Subdivision Plat Oceanic Development, <br />LLC, with a legal description: Lots 2 & 3, Block 3, OCEAN BOULEV ARD ESTATES, <br />SECTION "A", according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 39, together with <br />the West Yi of the vacated alley, lying East of and adjacent to said Lots 2 & 3, and Lots 4,5,6,7, <br />8, & 9, Block 3, GOLDEN SHORES, OCEAN BOULEVARD ESTATES, SECTION "B", <br />according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51 at Page 15, together with the West Yi of <br />the vacated alley, lying East of and adjacent to said Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9 all of the Public <br />Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that all requirements of the law concerning said plat insofar as <br />the authority of this Commission is concerned, have been complied with. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Final Plat Approved. This final replat of Oceanic Development, LLC, is hereby <br />approved.
