<br />Bidder in order to perform and fumish the Work at the Contract Price, within the Contract <br />Time and in accordance with other terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />7.2.6. The Bidder has correlated the results of all such observations, examinations, <br />investigations, explorations, tests, reports, and studies with the terms and conditions of <br />the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />7.2.7. The Bidder has given the City written notice of all conflicts, errors, discrepancies that it <br />has discovered in the Contract Documents and the written resolution thereof by City is <br />acceptable to the Bidder. <br /> <br />7.2.8. This Bid is genuine and not made in the interest of or on behalf of any undisclosed <br />person, firm or corporation and is not submitted in conformity with any agreement or <br />rules of any group, association, organization, or corporation; the Bidder has not directly <br />or indirectly induced or solicited any other Bidder to submit a false or sham Bid; the <br />Bidder has not solicited or induced any person, firm or corporation to refrain from <br />bidding; and Bidder has not sought by collusion to obtain for itself any advantage over <br />any other Bidder or over the City. <br /> <br />7.3. The Bidder understands and agrees to do all the Work and furnish all materials called for by <br />the Contract Documents, in the manner described therein and to the standards of quality and <br />performance established by the Consultant for the unit price amounts stated in the spaces herein <br />provided, for each of the items or combination of items stipulated. Unit price line items shall include cost <br />of implementing all applicable safety requirements. Bidder acknowledges that estimated quantities <br />scheduled are approximated for the sole purpose of obtaining comparative bids for determination of the <br />lowest responsible bidder and actual quantities required may increase or decrease. Bidder further agrees <br />that payments will be made on the basis of actual quantities placed and accepted by the Consultant and <br />City. <br /> <br />BIDDER agrees that the work will be complete in full within 180 calendar days from the date <br />stipulated in the Notice to Proceed. <br /> <br />7.4.
