<br />Section I. Approval of Agreement. The lnterlocal Agreement with the School Board of <br />Miami-Dade County, Florida, to undertake the necessary responsibilities relative to this scope of <br />work to include drainage and pavement around the Community School, maintenance of traffic <br />(MOT) around the Atlantic Boulevard area, and the perimeter right-of-way around the <br />Community School, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", be and the same, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization of Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Inter/ocal Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3. Authorization of the City Attorney and the City Manager. The City Attomey and <br />the City Manager are hereby authorized to do all things necessary to effectuate the terms of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
