John Szerlag, City <br /> <br />RE: Interlocal Agreement that will Enable The Miami-Dade School District to <br />Perform Drainage/Pavement Work on Behalf of the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br /> <br />The attached interlocal agreement will enable the City of Sunny Isles Beach and Miami-Dade <br />School District to calibrate job responsibilities relative to the Central Island Drainage Project as <br />it relates to all perimeter streets around the K-8 Sunny Isles Beach Community School. This <br />agreement incorporates the elements contained in my February 25, 2008 letter to Mr. Dennis <br />Caserta, Senior Project Manager for the Miami-Dade County Public Schools (also attached). <br /> <br />Please know there is no extra cost to the City for proceeding in this fashion because our not-to- <br />exceed contribution of $454,065 is commensurate to what we would have paid our contractor to <br />perform the same scope of work. <br /> <br />Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions. <br /> <br />AJS/iw <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />cc: Hans Ottinot, City Attorney <br />Jorge L.
