Thus while I <br />agree to have the school's contractor perform the above scope of work on <br />behalf of the City, I can only do so using the City's contractor unit pricing <br />for the City's share of the above referenced work. Of course, all work will <br />be performed to the City's specifications, and approved by the City. In <br />addition, the City will pay monthly upon invoice a on approval of <br />work.
