Signed applications in triplicate and warranty deed(s) for entire site by owner of the property. <br />4. Opinions of Title, Certificate of Resolution and Ownership & Encumbrances Report. (Attorney <br />Fees) <br />5. Copies of all Public Records affecting the property. (Title Insurance Commitment) <br />6. Engineering designs for demolition of roadway if required. (Engineering) <br />7. Environmental Permits, ifrequired. (Engineering) <br />8. Contractor Fees, etc. <br />9. Subdivision Improvement Requirements, (Agreement Contracts and Cash Bond. <br />10. Estimated property taxes (expediting fees). <br />11. Late payment fees, interest, and/or fees incurred while attempting to collect a debt. <br />12.
