Vera, Assistant City Manager/ Service Division <br /> <br />February 19, 2009 <br /> <br />Warranty Deed for the Atlantic Isles Lift Station <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached Resolution deeding the <br />property that the lift station will be located over to Miami Dade Water and Sewer Department for <br />the Atlantic Isles Sewer project. <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />As part of the permit with Miami Dade Water and Sewer Department ("W ASD") for the Atlantic <br />Isles Sewer and Drainage Project, W ASD is requesting that the property for the lift station be <br />deeded to them.
