Authorization of City Manager and City Attorney. The City Manager is hereby <br />authorized to negotiate and enter into an agreement with Coastal Construction Company for RFQ 09- <br />03-01 for Professional Construction Services for the Heritage Park and Parking Garage, in <br />substantially the same form and in the amount not to exceed Nine Million Two Hundred Fifty <br />Thousand Dollars ($9,250,000.00) as the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "B", provided that <br />agreement is approved as to form and legal sufficiency by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Section 4. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate the terms of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
