Vera, Assistant City Manager/ Service Divisi~ <br /> <br />June 17, 2009 ~ <br /> <br />Undergrounding FPL utility line <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approved the attach resolution. <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />As part of the Central Island / Gwecn Margolis drainage project the City has to underground the <br />FPL lines and install a distribution cabinet on Church Drive. In May of this year the City <br />Commission approved a resolution dedicating an easement for said undergrounding along Church <br />Drive. At that time FPL had not finalized their cost to under ground the utility line. <br /> <br />The attached invoice in the amount of$16,073.81 is for the undergrounding of the utility line.
