In order for it to operate <br />properly, quarterly inspections and maintenance is required. This agreement will cover <br />inspections and regular maintenance by a trained and certified Trane professional <br />covering basic materials and supplies for the normal performance, refrigerant <br />management, lab analysis and specific system repair coverage as further detailed in the <br />attached agreement. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> <br />This proposal has been reviewed by the Public Works Director and Facilities Manager <br />for their approval. Funds for this maintenance agreement is budgeted in the Building <br />Repair and Maintenance Account for Pelican Community Park in account number <br />10.573.5463. <br /> <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br /> <br />General fund account number 10.573.5341. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />.
