Foundation Inspection <br />B. Construction Materials Testing <br />C. Threshold Inspection <br />D. Building Code compliance inspection <br />E. Special Inspector <br />F. Civil Inspection <br />G. Construction Manager <br /> <br />PROJECT GENERAL INFORMATION AND DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />The site is an approximately 3.82 acre facility bounded by Collins Avenue on the east, Lehman <br />Causeway on the south, Gallahad-Dade Road (193') on the north, and the Ocean View residential <br />development on the west. The garage must accommodate at least five hundred (500) parking <br />spaces meeting minimlill1 City Codes and four (4) levels of parking (including the ground level). <br />Parking will be allowed on the top (open) level. <br /> <br />The driveway entrance will be from the service road commonly known as Gallahad Dade Boulevard. <br />The structure's foot- print is approximately one hundred and twenty-five (125) feet by two hundred <br />and sixty (260) feet. The foundation is supported by auger-cast piles with pile caps and grade beams. <br />The ground level is reinforced concrete two-way slab with reinforced concrete column. All the <br />elevated levels are reinforced concrete and post-tension slab. The roof level has a light steel structure <br />frame covering the elevator and stairwells.
