The review was led by Advanced <br /> Systems Technology and Management (AdSTM), Incorporation. While the review was not an audit, it was an <br /> assessment of MDT's management practices and program implementation to evaluate compliance with <br /> Federal requirements. The auditors reviewed samples of the Interlocal Agreements and below is the finding <br /> for the above aforementioned agreements. <br /> The review found the executed Interlocal Agreements must be updated to include language outlining FTA <br /> requirements for sub recipients of federal funding. The requirements for satisfactory continuing control and <br /> maintenance requirements were peripherally mentioned in all of the agreements. <br /> The specific sections can be found in the Attachment C and are as follows: <br /> FTA Master Agreement <br /> Section 19. Use of Real Property, Equipment and Supplies <br /> Section 28. Charter Service Operations <br /> Section 29. School Transportation Operations <br /> Section 39.
