This resolution is presented for you consideration, <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />Pursuant to Section 265-18 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development Regulations, the <br />Applicant is requesting a site plan approval for the construction of a new bank building within the <br />Town Center District. The new building will replace the existing old Washington Mutual Bank <br />located at 16830 Collins Avenue, This request also reduces the total square footage from the <br />originally requested 6,000 to 4,000 square feet. The Applicant is not requesting any variance <br />under the code, and is providing an excess of parking on the site.
