On behalf of <br />this entity, and in accordance with F.A. R ~~42.1200 - 42.1203 and 42.1205, I am hereby <br />requesting that the government recognize the name-change referenced in this letter and the <br />accompanying documents. <br /> <br />On May 29, 2007, New Cingular Wireless National Accounts, LLC changed its name to <br />AT&T Mobility National Accounts LLC. Enclosed for your convenience is a copy of the <br />Certificate of Amendment to Certificate of Formation of New Cingular Wireless National <br />Accounts, LLC, along with the corresponding Certificate from the Secretary of State of the <br />State of Delaware certifying that the Certificate of Amendment was properly filed therewith <br />on May 29, 2007. <br /> <br />In my opinion, the change of name from New Cingular Wireless National Accounts, LLC to <br />AT&T Mobility National Accounts LLC was properly affected under applicable law on May <br />29,2007. <br /> <br />Finally, also enclosed please find two (2) originals of a Change-Of-Name Agreement that <br />will formally document this name change. These documents have been prepared in <br />accordance with the above-referenced F.A.R. provisions. Please execute both copies and <br />return one executed original to the undersigned at the above-address.
