Mark these documents to show significant variations in actual VVork <br />performed in comparison with information submitted. Include <br />variations in products delivered to the site, and from the <br />manufacturer's installation instructions and recommendations. <br />2. Give particular attention to concealed products and portions of the <br />Work which cannot otherwise be readily discerned later by direct <br />observation. <br />3. Note related Change Orders and mark-up of record drawings and <br />Specifications. <br /> <br />E. Record Sample Submitted: Immediately prior to the date or dates of <br />Substantial Completion, the Contractor will meet at the site with the <br />Engineer and the Owner to determine which of the submitted Samples <br />that have been maintained during progress of the Work are to be trans- <br />mitted to the Owner for record purposes. Comply with delivery to the <br />Owner's Sample storage area. <br /> <br />F. Miscellaneous Record Submittals: Refer to other Specification Sections <br />for requirements of miscellaneous record-keeping and submittals in <br />connection with actual performance of the Work. <br /> <br />G. At Contract close-out, deliver one copy of Record Documents to Engineer <br />for Owner. Accompany submittal with transmittal letter in duplicate <br />containing the following information: <br />1. Date. <br />2. Project title and number. <br />3. Contractor's name and address. <br />4. Title and number of each Record Document. <br />5.
