All soil preparation procedures and replanting operations shall be under <br />the supervision of nurseryman experienced in such operations. <br /> <br />C. Improvements to the land such as fences, walls, outbuildings, etc., which <br />of necessity must be removed shall be replaced with equal quality <br />materials and workmanship. <br /> <br />D. The Contractor shall clean up the construction site across developed <br />private property directly after construction is complete upon approval of <br />the Engineer. <br /> <br />3.08 PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />A.
