Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete all <br />walkways and related items shown in the drawings and specified herein. <br /> <br />1.02 REFERENCES <br /> <br />A. All materials and methods of construction shall conform to the <br />requirements of the "Florida Department of Transportation, Standard <br />Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction". <br /> <br />1.03 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />A. Submit to the Engineer, as provided in the General Conditions, shop <br />drawings showing dimensions and layouts of sidewalks and reinforcement <br />for concrete work. <br /> <br />1.04 RELATED WORK <br /> <br />A. Site preparation is specified in Section 02100. <br /> <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br /> <br />2.01 MATERIALS <br /> <br />A. Concrete Materials: <br />1. Concrete for work under this section shall be no less than 3000 psi <br />at 28 days. <br />2. Reinforcing bars shall be deformed type bars conforming to <br />AASHTO M31 Grade 40 or 60. All reinforcing steel shall be shop <br />fabricated, of size, cross-section and arrangement as described on <br />approved shop drawings. <br />3. Welded wire fabric shall be as shown on the drawings and shall <br />conform to all requirements of AASHTO M55. <br />4. Expansion joint material shall be 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch thickness <br />where shown, bituminous type meeting AASHTO spec. M-213-65. <br />5. Joint sealant shall be hot poured rubber confirming to Fed.
