Materials shall conform to these Specifications and any state or loca! <br />specification requirements. <br /> <br />B. Cement for all cast in place concrete shall be a domestic portland cement <br />(ASTM C-150, Type II) or high early strength portland cement (Type III) <br />free from injurious water soluble salts or alkalies. High early strength <br />cement may only be used, with written approval of the Engineer. Air <br />entraining cements may be used with written approval of the Engineer. <br />Cement brands shall be subject to approval. <br /> <br />C. Aggregates: <br />1.
