Aleman & Associates, Inc., and Savino & Miller Design Group, is pleased to submit our qualifications to provide Professional Design Services for Collins Avenue Streetscape Project for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Our team has provided professional engineering services in South Florida (including various Miami-Dade County Departments, governmental agencies and FDOT Districts) and has a highly qualified and available staff with broad-based capabilities in all phases of roadway design, parks, streetscape, bridge, building, construction administration and support services. Our team, with its staff of dedicated personnel, will provide the City with a timely, cost effective solution for this project. As a result of our successful project management skills and design expertise, we have a proven track record on a multitude of similar projects. Each task will be adequately staffed with the appropriate experienced personnel described in this section. Our foremost priority will be to provide superior quality service to the City and to submit the project on time and within budget. Berger Avart has assembled a team of exceptional professionals that will provide the requisite services for the successful design of this project. It is important to note that Berger Avart has an existing working relationship with various local Agencies, as well as the subconsultants invited to participate on this project. These subconsultants have worked well with us in the past, and we are confident that these relationships will serve to benefit the City again. Our Organizational Chart and Resumes of Key Personnel assigned to this project are included. Key Personnel: Our proposed Project Manager, Un U, P.E., has 15 years of civil, drainage, site development, roadway design and construction administration experience. He also is experienced on ERP, NPDES, SWPPP, Canal Right of way permits and storm water modeling. Mr. Li will lead Berger Avart's efforts on this project and will be the primary contact for the City Project Manager. Alfredo Reyna, P.E., has over 23 years of Civil Engineering experience in the planning, design and coordination/management of major highway projects. He will assist Mr. Lin Li. Luis Olivares, P.E., as Principal-in-Charge, will provide support to Mr. Li and the entire Team, and will lead the Quality Assurance/Quality Control effort. Arthur Miller, P.E., in charge of Constructability/Bidability Review, has over 40 years of engineering and administration experience, encompassing all phases of civil and structural engineering projects. Jorge Canales, P.E. has over 37 years of structural engineering experience. Please see the following Chart of "Qualifications/Experience of Key Personnel".
