Three tenant office spaces on the first level
will house the County Tag Agency, The Downtown Development
Board and administrative offices for the City's Parking agency

The facility was designed to appear as a civic building and
not a parking structure in an effort to be a "good neighbor" in
the downtown environment. Myers. An added component
is the addition of retail shops on the ground level with a
space-frame lobby and a floating stairvvay, which acts as a
sculptural element. The lobby faces the downtown district,
across from the Federal Courthouse (also designed by Spillis
Candela DMJM). Anchoring the corner of First Street and
Monroe Avenue, and as an additional design element to increase
facade interest, a giant screen has been incorporated into the
full facade for graphic displays.

Services: Architectural design, structural engineering, MEP
engineering, civil engineering

---.
