All building-mounted or rooftop antennas shall be <br />subject to the following minimum standards: <br /> <br />(1) Antennae, and related equipment buildings, shall be <br />located or screened to minimize the visual impact of the <br />antenna upon adjacent properties and shall be of a material <br />or color which matches the exterior of the building or <br />structure upon which it is situated. Antennae shall not be <br />visible from the street at a distance of up to 600 feet. <br /> <br />(2) No commercial advertising or logo shall be allowed <br />on an antenna, tower or related equipment buildings. <br /> <br />(3) No signals, light, or illumination shall be permitted <br />on an antenna, tower, or related equipment buildings, <br />unless required by the Federal Communications <br />Commission or the Federal Aviation Administration. <br /> <br />(b) Dimensions. <br /> <br />(1) Whip and Omni-Directional antennae and their <br />supports must not exceed fifteen (15) feet in height and <br />thirteen (13) inches in diameter and must be constructed of <br />a material or color which matches the exterior of the <br />building. <br /> <br />(2) Microwave dish antennas located. below sixty-five <br />(65) feet above the ground may not exceed six (6) feet in <br />diameter. Microwave dish antennas located sixty-five (65) <br />feet and higher above the ground may not exceed eight (8) <br />feet in diameter. Ground-mounted dish antennae must be <br />located or screened so. as not to be visible from abutting <br />public streets. <br /> <br />(c) Limitations.
